Here's what I think might happen for the end of the arc.

Here's a few things I think were important in this chapter.
Germa isnt with the SHs in the end for some reason, I think it's simply because Oda needs them to know that the food rage is happening.
Oda made a point of making sure we knew that Streusen's power could not be used to end the food rage since she just said how it was disgusting. Basically I can't see how BM crew could get out of this on their own.

Jinbe knows first hand what the food rage means to basically the whole island, how it puts in danger everyone, including civilians. That should be enough to make Luffy and the others want to stop it.

So we have Sanji bake a cake for BM, saving everyone. BM crew allow the SH's to escape freely while BM eats the cake and recovers.

Pekmons talks about this in Zou and, given what's gone down at the tea party as it stands, Big Mom would almost assuredly look to get back at the Straw Hats who were present, putting Zeff at major risk as they know exactly where and who he is.

Now, given the state Big Mom is in, that threat isn't really a major concern at present. However, it does still exist and will likely be touched upon if the Straw Hats go back to interact with the situation developing with Big Mom.
