Okay then the knights should start training bowmen, preferably with the English style longbow. Massed arrow volley fire should do wonders against the mothmen. In the episode the knights had no ranged weapons, only polearms and swords to use on the mothmen. If they can make plate armor and steel swords they can easily make longbows and arrows.

I think the only thing this show is missing is highlighting the level of culinary advancement the fantasy world has experienced.

Sure it's implied that their food is subpar compared to even mastah's average meals but I'd like to see even some slight indication just how bland is the shit they eat. After that, I'm completely sold on the series.

This is actually one of the things I like about Isekai Izakaya Nobu. The medieval people are surprised at the freshness and all year roundability of Nobu's restaurant.

Hell, they're surprised by how high class everything is. From having an effin' glass door to glass mugs to the super 1000 folded kitchen knives. And all it costs for an all you can eat meal is a measly piece of silver.

In Isekai Shokudou, they don't seem that impressed by him having ice. But I appreciate that he serves western cuisine rather than trying to pawn off Japanese cuisine as some sort of super cuisine. Although that said, Nobu's cuisine are general enough that I can buy Euro types digging it.
