Nene is the CUTEST!
>>159499398
She better not hog all the screen time this season as well I swear to god
>>159499398
I honestly found her pretty annoying in season 1. I get that she's a recent HS graduate, but still.
>>159499452
She is a budding indie star this season.
>>159499488
I can feel the insufferableness from here...
>>159499508
PLEASE do not be mean to Nene!
>>159499508
>HM HM HM
Nene haters are just jealous that she is way smarter than them
>self-taught C++
>running Windows on Mac
>created her own engine
>doing all of this in less than a year while being a full time university student
>>159499616
>Owning anything made by Apple
NTY.
>>159499616

isn't she going to college to learn that stuff
i pity people that cant enjoy nene
>>159500036
Same!
How long will it take for those two to show up?
Without Nene, New Game would just be w Gar and that doesn't make any sense at all
>>159497632
When the time is right, aka check anichart.

>>159498026
fuck off, herkz
https://nyaa.pantsu.cat/view/952778
Can Neneposters at least acknowledge how she can be seen as fucking insufferable and almost show ruining?
The first season felt like it almost ground to halt to showcase Nene and shower her with screentime, all while the characters it had spent the entire show endearing us to up until that point started falling by the wayside.
Honestly, the best thing about Nene is that she facilitated the introduction of Umiko.
>>159497632
Doesn't matter because no one will watch.
>>159511510
Brat is cute. I'll take 13 episodes of brat over 1 episode of Aoba.

If you need college courses to teach you programming you should not be programming.
>>159513214
As a huge proponent for self-learning, that's a pretty stupid thing to say.
Most people who CAN learn such things on their own still seek out an education in it. Certification of your ability is reason enough alone to do so. I can understand your frustration if you're studying something and other people are lacking fundamental understanding of prerequisites to actually learn the material or something, though. I had a guy in my drafting class who didn't understand Cartesian coordinate systems, but he was a literal aspie who had already flunked out of a drafting program in another school, lel.
>>159513214
actual programming is best learned by actually doing it. but the theory behind programming, and creating good code, how speed of a program works, that you can learn in college. atleast in germany.
>>159513610
>Certification of your ability is reason enough alone to do so
And College won't give you that, good history on github is worth more than piece of paper you will get after college.
>>159513709
A portfolio is beneficial for all careers, but I wouldn't hire a welder who hasn't acquired SOME sort of certification, for instance.
>>159513774
>I wouldn't hire a welder who hasn't acquired SOME sort of certification, for instance.
Careers that require an up-to-date understanding of health and safety regulations to be legally practiced are a slightly different matter, I think.
>>159513774
The difference is that welder need to actually know what he's doing to pass these while most people after CS or CE know absolutely nothing.
Post more video game programing.

>Most people who CAN learn such things on their own still seek out an education in it.
I never said otherwise. I was replying to the dumb namefag who was surprised Nene would still self-teach even though she was in college.
The point I was making is that if you can't self-teach then there is no point in trying to learn coding in the first place.

Even beyond just the safety of the workers, if an engineer or drafter specifies a certain weld type/location/dimension, it's for a reason. If a welder doesn't follow that specification to the letter, it could mean catastrophic failure in the future resulting in loss of life and even if QC catches it, it might mean that the entire thing is ruined and you have to start from scratch. Depending on the kind of project, that could mean bankruptcy.
Schools can never fully prepare you for what you will do at work, but you need to have a certain level of knowledge to know that you don't know everything and to know where to actually look for the information you need.
Fuck, when I finished my drafting course, I had only drafted up a handful of sheet metal parts, all of which were done in fucking AutoCAD and were basically just size/shape changes for ducting (That particular teacher had worked in HVAC) but the company I ended up working for used SolidWorks for sheet metal (thank god) and made store fixtures, not ventilation. My first two weeks were spent just reading documentation, asking questions, studying models they had already made, etc. For a long time after that, I was relegated to just fixing old, broken models. It must've been nearly three months in before I made my first model from scratch for a client and I honestly feel bad how it turned out because I still hadn't nailed the best practices for that kind of product.
Even then, after I took a CNC Machining course, I realized half the shit I was doing wouldn't fly if we did any fucking milling/turning. Laser cutting sheet/plate metal and tubes is fucking EASY MODE.
>>159514078
People who can't self-teach still can't keep up in a school environment and any STEM field will flunk them out in the first year.

Post more nene.
