Kubo also forgot that Ywach was a quincy and had blut vene.

Blut vene would have stopped ichigo attack completely, and even if he did manage to hurt Yhwach, blut vene would stop the bleeding long enough for Yhwach to change the future into one where he was never hurt, and ichigo had most of his spiritual power stolen by Yhwach, I will never buy a weakened shikai ichigo managing to kill a soul king spiritual power tier Yhwach.

Yhwach died because kubo needed to end the manga in a few pages, he got killed by author intervention.

Even the "Haschwald tricked him" falls apart because Yhwach stopped acting like Yhwach and began acting like Aizen, until fighting Ichigo, Yhwach killed everyone who gave him trouble, he killed old man genocide, he killed crazy monk, he killed lilloto and the roach girl, the natural flow would have been him killing ichigo when he easily destroyed his bankai and stole most of his spiritual power.

Instead like almost every other kubo villain, Yhwach went full retard and left ichigo alive for no reason, had Yhwach acted less like Aizen and more Yhwach, he would have killed Ichigo and ended the manga then and there.

I agree. He either half-assed it, explained it in a way that left most readers confused, or completely dropped the idea. I think getting a writer to help him sort out his concepts would have helped him greatly, but I don't think he would've accepted the help. In his latest interview, he stated that he didn't even like his assistants doing too much of the background work since he didn't want their influence to show in the story or something like that. He seems very protective over his work.

I think kubo should have ended Bleach there, when Rukia vanishes from Ichigo's vision, and then taken a rest, negotiated with Shuieisha and started on ultra jump or in a seinen monthly magazine Bleach: The one thousand years war, a second series focusing on the Quincy / Shinigami conflict, giving himself space to tell in flashbacks the origin of the quincies / soul king (as it was implied to be tied), Yamamoto's yakuza squad and develop way better the soul king, Aizen movited for hating the Soul King, the royal guard and the actual final battle. Yawach being an actual walking plot device is fine by me if it was surrounded by a lot more context, same as Ichigo was on the previous arcs.

Yeah, Aizen should have been the stopping point, but at the same time I would have changed shit up to include some of the following stuff. For example, right after SS I would have stretched things out and put the Fullbringers and more of the Vizards in there, maybe put in the Quincies somehow, but greatly revised. And all the while experimental Arrancar take the place of regular Hollows, and Aizen's assault on Soul Society and Karakura Town is built up, and it's as epidemic as the Sternritter attack.

But if that's not an option, yeah, full stop after Aizen.

I honestly think Bleach was better than people make it out to be. It had some nice symbolism and it was a lot deeper than it seemed on the surface. There's a reason for the whole "4th level reader" thing.

It's a shame and a crime that Kubo was basically forced to wrap it up. Even I thought the final arc lost its focus halfway and that the SS and FKT arcs were much better. But such a long-running manga, once considered part of the Big 3 deserved the ending it should've gotten instead of that rushed bullshit at the end. I'm sure Kubo had better ideas to finish the story but the pressure from WSJ to wrap it up resulted in "random magical arrow that stops final boss's powers".

Ichigo's motivation basically being "I want to be strong enough to protect my home, family and friends" kept things away from being over saturated since the manga Bleach came out in 2001.

You might think it's weird now, but back then it was a breathe of fresh air from the constant same protagonist motivation. So no, if anything Ichigo having one of those motivations would have made him another generic protagonist with the same motivation.

You mean you've seen all 366 episodes? If so, then there were no major changes in story in story after SS arc other than adding filler arcs and expanding some scenes.

There are however two special chapters relating to events before FB arc that were never adapted and never even made it to manga volumes (they were included in databooks). You can read them on these sites

Bleach was a moody kind of manga. People made fun of it for being a very barren but that was the way the manga was in general. it has such a strange surreal feeling to it that's really enjoyable. I really do miss bleach. Kubo would probably be better suited to a monthly manga and doing something less about action and more psychological. I wonder if he'll ever do something like that.
