I sincerely believe that Eureka Seven is the peak of artistic achievement thus far. It both embodies the 20th and 21st centuries, and is totally contrary to them and iconoclastic. It essentially predicted the philosophy of Timothy Morton while also declaring the solution to its consequences. I won't even begin talking about it's form. It's incredibly simple and evocative, but also complex and subtle. I swear, one day others will see this series as I do.
