They're absolutely atrocious at properly budgeting time and resources.
Later episodes get rushed or delayed, with the most recent - and possibly most grievous - offense being God Eater essentially only airing every other week, and then a 3 month delay or the last few episodes.

I don't really mind eitherway, but its probably the part were they don't actually animate anything and most of their shit is just moving stills. They do QUALITY tier work for most shit and then hide it behind fast movements, aftereffects and cg to mask up how little work they did. One could argue it looks fucking amazing and their staff has a decent talent at cg and effect work. But, as a 2d animation studio they fail rather hard.
