I think Za Warudo was the greatest stand simply through the implication that its inevitable power was to be the able to stop time for any duration, which would have put it over KC, KQ, EOH, D4C, and other time related stands simply due to most of them being "oh shit" reactionary measures to prevent their user from dying or being threatened, rather than the world, evolving out of Dio's uncorrupted drive for power and perfection, and essentially making him capable of omnipresence while being as strong as Star Platinum, a feat most rivals do not match.

Something like GER is also a protection mechanism first and foremost, rather than being a "STRONG" force it simply resolves Giorno's conflicts through willpower or whatever deeper meaning you want to take from it.

All he wanted to do was to stay in Morioh, have a quiet life, and kill women occasionally.

Sure THE WORLD and KING CRIMSION can fuck time in its asshole for a few seconds but who gives a shit about that when they can't even react to your attacks since you move so fucking fast. You're able to alter the surroundings since time goes on so fast and affect your enemies because of it.

Jotaro needed to fucking stop time to even HAVE A CHANCE. Yet he still failed.

Possibilities are endless when everyone moves slow as shit except for you.

Watch until Polnareff accomplishes his task, then skip the rest of the season until maybe the last two or three eps (where a certain someone shows up and they arrive in Egypt) For the 2nd season watch the first episode (with the blind man), then do a skip until the end where they find DIO's mansion. Watch the Iggy episode, but skip everything that isn't Vanilla Ice or DIO.
