"Holo". I'm literate and able to read cursive. I pity your common core education.
>>159309233
>People actually think that H looks like a K
Sad
>Some people actually believe Holo took big wolf cock to pass
Gee, how can one even think such thing with this show's tone?
>>159309461
>clearly, did you not learn cursive?
There's no standarized cursive, everyone has their own style of writing. The first letter could be an H or a K. The second letter is most likely an o, but then there may or may not be an r after it. Then comes either b or l (my cursive b and l look very similar), and then o.
So Holo, Horlo, Horbo, Hobo, Kolo, Kobo, Korlo, Korbo are all possible.
The better question is: what does it mean?

That's definitely not how you write a capital A in cursive. The capital G, i, Q, S and Z look very wrong as well.
The lowercase letters all check out though, except that q and g look identical

Wait then what the fuck was I taught in school?

Anon that is the standard way of writing cursive that they used to teach in elementary school. I know you're too young to have been taught it before they fazed it out but there it is.
>>159310637
Did you fail primary school or something?

It's "phased it out" anon. Oh sorry, you were saying something about education, right? Please continue.

they don't though, the curls are on opposite sides of the tail

Autocorrect anon, ever heard of it? Doesn't make it any less true that you have no idea what cursive looks like.

I was on your side until I learned that you were a phoneposter.
Please go and stay go.

This is clearly the correct way to write cursive and everything you learnt is wrong

Oh good, a phoneposter.
>you have no idea what cursive looks like.
I'm not the cursive anon though. I'm somebody else who just came here to laugh at you. Nice damage control though.

basic cursive is taught at primary school level and the preferred handwriting varies among countries
later in life as one uses cursive a lot one tends to develop his own handwriting which may or may not change with time
once one has developed personal handwriting, mimicking others' is a difficult skill
>>159311198
>which may or may not change with time
True. I used to handwrite the number 2 with a little loop at the bottom, but at some point in my life i stopped doing that..i don't even know why
>>159311063
Amerifat have make-believe cursive where they compliment themselves on writing however the fuck they want.
It's no use arguing with them.

Are you an impatient person? How sharp are you angles when writing? Do you loop your j's g's and y's, hook them, or angle them? Do you loop your l's?

Holo obviously.

Isn't cursive just supposed to be normal letters but with the ends connected and drawn as a single line, creating loops in certain letters?

>Also, just to quickly address the comment about the decision to use “Holo” instead of “Horo”… This was discussed at length with our licensor in Japan, and based on their preference — presumably through conversation with the original editorial staff and author — we were instructed that the proper spelling of the character’s name is indeed Holo. Who are we to argue?
