Konosuba S2, admittedly this last season didn't have any comedy series I stuck with. Admittedly I love parody, your sense of humor may vary.

Japanese comedy tends to focus more on word play which doesn't work in English moreover comedy never translates well into any language or even cultures.

You also have other factors like 90% of the time the original joke was told in a manga not animation.

Golden Kamui is pretty funny.

I feel like comedy is only funny when you're not focusing or expecting it.

Kaguya, Grand Blue, Prison School, Nichibros, GTO were all funny.

I don't read a lot of manga but those are the first ones that came to mind about having laughed at them. Prison School in particular made me hurt of laughing
