In a world of Magicians and Formulists, magical energy can be utilized in multiple degrees. Our protagonist is sent to the first educational facility that combines both Magicians and Formulists as a way to possibly utilize both sides potential in a way that cooperation is needed. Our protagonist has his goal but many of the opposing sides are hostile with one another, both thinking each side is inferior than the other. It was not easy until things began to emerge for the worse, another country began to attack. Whose sole utilization is formulation with technology that use magical energy, it is far more advanced and more proficient firepower than magicians. The protagonist is drafted due to the dire need of soldiers and Formulists to somehow combat the enemy county's forces. From there, he will soon clash with the man who has the opposite goal as his.

Aware of his inadequacies, his aim in life is to make great strides by giving those who don't have natural talent to use magical energy through Formulation. Magical energy existed since the beginning, in the ethereal form that exists everywhere. Eventually, as people continued to be exposed to magical energy, people began naturally utilize it as their bodies could manipulate matter with their body as the conduit (fire can only be summoned only from the hand and vice versa). Of course, some cannot naturally utilize this phenomenon and went for non-magical lives or the alternative which most consider to be unnatural form to utilize magical energy and not consider to be a part of it, Formulation. Instead of utilizing magical power naturally through the body like most people, Formulists utilize various methods to utilize magical energy in the such a way that most consider attempting to imitate magic (often through tools). It is also a science, but many magicians consider their own abilities to be the only form of practical application, therefore, many don't wish to learn and only reliant on their own talents. Many Formulists are considered scientists in their own regard, making revolutionary strides within the world of magic. Downside to magical energy is the fact that it affects the environment and the more condensed areas of magical energy is, the more visible it will be. Many landscapes and it's inhabitants were exposed to magical energy, eventually adapting themselves to be stronger or even utilize magic to some degree. The lack of the innate ability to utilize magical energy can be explained. It is hereditary or a mutation that acts regressive in regards to the inability to do magic.

Your social status in life is determined by how well you preformed in magic anime battles as a high schooler, especially if you do well in the government sponsored tournaments. If you show potential in to be a good fighter you will get drafted to a good school; schools with better fighters get more money from the government which they can use to train their good students to be great. This leaves a pretty big education gap in the school system. But placement in tournaments is determined by a win loss ratio not by beating the best players.

The MC spent his freshman year at one of the top schools in the country because his rich dad was one of the best. He is okay a battles but nowhere near the level of his classmates and he gets his ass handed to him his first semester. He then uses most of his inheritance to bribe government officials to place him in a garbage tier school so he can artificially inflate his stats. It's only after he get's in that the government announces that in addition to fighting well on your own, you performance in school team battles will also determine your social rank. Now he has to train a bunch of hics and stoners to be the best anime battle squad so he can continue his cushy lifestyle.

It takes a bit of practice but in this world people, especially teenagers, can summon things into their stomachs. The really hard part is that to fight with it you have to be able to regurgitate it and grip it with your teeth; no hands allowed. There are no rules as what you can summon but you have to get creative if you want something that is useful and won't tear you apart from the inside.

He knows how to get a 9 iron all the way through esophagus so that is his go-to-weapon. He makes friends with one of his teammates, a laid back slacker who is extremely popular due to him being the only student with a car who's specialty is reassembling hunting traps in his mouth.

Their are a variety of villains in the government and media who support the ridiculous social structure, but the real villain of the story is the student counsel president of the MC's own school. She is extremely talented, friendly, and benevolent. So naturally the MC antagonizes her to know end because of his insecurities. Although, she also is keeping secret the fact that she too dropped down from a more prestigious school. Her weapon of choice is a flint and lock pistol she can fire and reload with her tongue.
The only other major villain is the MC's grandfather, a high ranking government official who considers the MC a complete disappointment. In his heyday he could spit out a volley of hollow point rounds; some think he still can but no one wants to find out.

In the future a Japanese inventor succeeds in making the worlds first fuel-less energy source. For the last 5 years Japan has been living easy with safe, free energy. The neighboring mainland however has not. They have a hateboner for Japan and are 100 times bigger. They can't duplicate the technology and feel like Japan is holding it over their heads while they endlessly pollute their skies with fossil fuels. Finally one of this neighbor's cities hits a breaking point and citizens start suffocating to death on their own pollution. NotChina blames Japan and incites a war. With all her allies suffering economic depressions or not having decent armies, Japan realizes their only hope of survival is to turn their newfound energy source into weapons.

Finally, the MC embraces the "us or them" mentality that war enforces and turns his Vek into
a doomsday devices. Millions die and Japan comes out on top.

Normally all the nationalistic crap already exists in anime - but this time around I wanted an MC who was explicitly not being put in a situation where he is forced to realize why nationalism exists and the importance of looking after your own.

A giant hole has appeared in the sky and has been there for an undisclosed amount of time. In old ancient books in the world this has been described as the end of the world as the hole will unravel the fabric of reality.

As reality slowly becomes undone many strange things that shouldn't appear, exist or happen, begin to take place across the world. People across the world however, are not in a panic. They continue on with their daily lives as the world could end at anytime, ignoring the hole in the sky.

The thing is episodic until the final 3 episodes.

A sadistic woman who finds the undoing of the world to be fun and acts on the first thing on her mind and who is yandere for Ego who wants them to fall down from grace and questioning everything in a world being undone.

2nd Antagonist is named: Shadow
-He is the polar opposite of Ego and tags along with Id, unlike Ego however he doesn't question the existence he has in the world. Often he provokes Ego as he find the destruction that Id creates to be the answer to why he exists, to act because there is no other reason (Nihilism) and he will disappear at the end.

Final Antagonist is named: Superego
-They are God who rules over everything and is Ego's Ideal once he finds his place in the world. Superego created Id and Ego in order to conduct a test for the world, should it fall into its instinct and be undone or question itself and seek to become something better. Shadow was Id's creation of Ego in order to cheat Superego.

A girl raised in the suburbs is kidnapped and offered as a sacrificed to eldritch being who supposedly feeds on life itself. This so called horror is not satisfied with the girl and kills it's previous followers, leaving only her to serve it. Now she must fight and sacrifice the enemies and assassinate the flawed followers of this false idol, all while living as a hobo in her new made home in the city. All while being a vessel.

This horror that aids the MC feeds on life, but is pleased with the sight of mass chaos and disarray. The more reckless and horrifying things becomes, the more this beast will aid the MC.

Basically a rather skinny girl due to her lack of nutriment, but can be seen as cute even with the dark rings under her eyes. She lives around the city wherever it is most convenient. Around the age of 14, though her friends are (but not limited to) a plump schoolgirl who often give food to the MC, a retired politician who was once aware of the odd kidnappings that have been going on, an on/off duty cop who grows into liking the MC, and the small fan based she will soon gain on a social media account the MC makes for giggles.

After a massive cyberattack, which cripples the East Coast power system for months and leads to widespread social unrest, the US government establishes a Cyber Forces branch of the military. Much like school athletics were instituted to encourage the physical development of would-be soldiers, "cyber athletic" teams are established in schools across the country to familiarize and prep future cyber-security personnel. These teams train miniature, encapsulated neural network "bots" to carry out tasks, and program on the fly during competition to augment their preparation. Unofficially, teams also exploit flaws and holes in the competition software (which are purposefully planted).

Watching this from afar is Jamal, a 9th-grader at a high school in South Side Chicago. Through a series of happy accidents, he finds himself leading his school's team, underdogs in local, national, and international circuits which favor wealthy students with experienced coaches and the best equipment. Together, they learn about computers, programming, math, and logic, and use their unique experiences to get an edge on the competition.

Student teams from the rest of Chicago, the Midwest, America, the world. Cyber security has become a lucrative field with much prestige, a place where warriors of sharp, agile, and creative mind can leave their mark on the virtual battlefield. Everyone with the skill to do so is gunning to do so.

The idea is to be a sort of cheeky reframing of battle shounen tropes while actually hitting on real-world programming/hacking/cyber-security topics. I noticed that a lot of Japanese shows geared towards children emphasize social values and knowledge they should be aware of.

A lot of these are exaggerations of things that people are supposed to be able to do in real-life.
There also exists the Endless Mysteries, which are powers unique to the individual possessing them, gained typically through a moment of insight into a particular facet of the world. People who possess a mystery are called Mystics. These are seen in-universe as magic, and are more thematic than the Truths which have strict rules and limits.

MC-Kun is the adopted son of the 14th Heavenly General, Iron Scorpion-San, the masterwork demon (non-human lifeform) of the former 14th General. Iron Scorpion-San is a hardline no-nonsense general that emphasizes training from hell and strict adherence to social order. She's going to raise him to be her perfect husband! Thus, MC-Kun escapes his desperate adoptive mother's grasp as soon as possible, which sets off his story. MC-Kun is a Sage of Body and Heat, but he's also begun to understand the Mystery of Cooking.

Series starts with them as normal guys on opposing sides, ends with a final showdown in a bombed-out city. They've both become living tanks, behemoths of muscle with grotesque biological weaponry (and tiny bishounen human heads), nigh-impervious to harm but from a serious injury to the brain, and in control of their bodies only in the broadest sense. The MC, who had shown himself to be monstrous and nihilistic, has the upper hand and has brutalized the villain (literal chunks missing from him). At the last minute, the villain's love interest shows up and insanely sacrifices herself to his body, which acts on its own, mutilating her graphically to incorporate her flesh and heal him enough to kill the MC and consume him.

The epilogue shows him after the war, attempting to live a normal life in his permanently oversized, disfigured body, doing his best to come to terms with the monster he let himself become for reasons he let himself be too naive to fully understand. It's revealed that the MC's ego still lives as a part of him.

MC attracts the attention of a pirate on the run who offers to train his abilities in exchange for being her meat shield, they fight the forces of the galactic democracy who wish to prevent anyone else from seizing the artifacts. MC and his boss fight other parties seeking to acquire the artifacts, it is revealed that she is being hunted down because she is descended from the ancient beings who committed war crimes against the democracys founders. She is killed by the heros wife, triggering a chain of revenge which ends in both the MC and the hero killing each other off after the galaxy is destroyed in the wake of their battles.

Name: Eldritch Heart
>A young man (let's call him Sato) was walking home one day when he sees a 'young girl' about to be attacked by a monster. Sato rushes to her aide to protect her but is ultimately butchered, as he slowly dies, he sees the 'little girl' turn into a mindshattering horror herself and rip the creature apart then coldly approach him after the fight proclaiming 'you will make an excellent sword'. He awakes years later in an unknown location with a painful swelling in his chest, the girl explains she is the Necronomicon and keeper of the Library which holds forbidden lore and artifacts. Various dark artifacts and tomes have escaped, and having him around would make things easier. She also implanted the heart of a dead god in his chest.
>First day out, he runs into a girl he remembered from high school (now a grown woman) and tries to protect her, fails, and the Necronomicon decides she will make a decent partner and implants her with the Eldritch Ovum and tells the two to go recomplete the collection. Oh, and the Necronomicon is NOT a hero, she just wants the collection complete. If the collection is not, it will rampage and destroy the world, if it all comes together, the world is also destroyed. So the MCs need to figure out a third option.

Plot: The plot of the show is that it's just a really fucking awful Frankenstein of other popular shounen shows, except retards and children can't see past this and gobble it up like the sugary shit that it is.

Magic is discipline where devices to invoke them, Conduits, are assembled using various parts, mechanisms, and catalysts, to create a desired effect in the form of a weapon or some other form.

[Ford]ain Marrett, a frustrated car mechanic from Detroit, decided to head out to the Orient for a more refreshing life than just picking out parts for rundown vehicles. Upon arriving at Nagasaki, he meets Gran Mira Mistral, also known as [GM]-san, an engineer looking for fresh talent in the world of Conduit engineering and a teacher in the prestigious Hidemitsu Imperial Academy of Conduit Expertise.

There are three major Expertises in the academy: the Expertise of Assemblies (specializes in magic duels where players are given individual parts that they must assemble to attack the opposing player/s), the Expertise of Materialism (specializes in making the individual parts used in Conduits) and the Expertise of Techniques (specializes in teaching tactics in general combat and teaching correct handling of Conduits).

(One thing to consider about Conduits: power is exponential with respect to complexity, but repair and reassembly becomes exponentially difficult as well. Living as a schoolboy in Japan, mc never has really had many friends, and the one thing he looks forward to is eating out with his grandpa each weekend. Nobody knows where his grandpa is during the week, but he never fails to return each Sunday to eat with his grandson. One day mc comes home to the news that his grandpa has mysteriously fallen ill, and goes to the hospital to check in on him. In his last moments of life, mc's grandpa tells his son his secret, that he is actually hachiman, the god of warriors and protector of Japan.
MC's real grandpa died years ago, but Hachiman assumed the form of his grandpa because mc was born with unmatched spiritual potential and a pure heart. Hachiman then unlocks mc's hidden potential and tasks him with growing stronger by fighting crime and standing for justice. mc dons a suit that looks similar in style to Pegasus Seiya and spends his nights fighting (insert criminal activity he overheard at school/on the way to school at the start of the episode) eventually purifying them with his signature move. Eventually his fights have him taking on leaders of the yakuza and the dark spirits they hold within them, culminating in a fight with an evil demon lord after he takes down his henchman. All the while MC grows in strength with each battle and learns more about himself and his inner strength

Ripoff of Hunter x Hunter and Harry Potter. There's magic, some people have it, others don't (though anyone can gain magic if they get exposed to it). There are basic spells that anyone can learn, but belong to different magic schools. Depending on your affinity to that particular magic school, you have it easier to use spells from that school (which are more complex forms of the basics). Some of the schools are Transformations, magic that deals with matter (with one of their basic spells is healing/reparation of non-magical damage), Charms, magic that deals with energy (blasts and spells to move stuff), Divination, magic that deals with information (in this setting, more than reading the future, it's used as the "power sensing" ability, plus helping to learn how unknown spells work without relying on exposition), Curses (magic of order, creates rules that others have to follow) among other schools that are advanced (think of a tree where you only start with one available school and then you unlock new ones, while some of them are unlockable). For example: making things appear out of nowhere (extension of transformation, the pinnacle being the creation of magical objects), spatial magic (teleportation, creating a room inside a wall, making an infinite bag), mind magic. Magic is also divided on spells that cast like an energy blast, spells that require contact, instant effect, conditional effect. Like in Hunter x Hunter, sticking to the schools you have the biggest affinity with is more efficient, and gaining more power in one area will mean more restrictions in others (like having a spell of telekinesis stronger than normal, but only works for attracting things towards you for example). Training is in part like a martial art, and in part academic (some rules will be revealed, like an object can't be infinitely changed, for example, in size, because the magical cost of changing something increases exponentially the most you change it, things like that)

They say Karma is when you get good things for doing something good and bad things for something bad. Kousuke Ito (糸 紅介, wordplay on "red string [of fate]") knew that from his childhood. Karma wasn't that nice to him, as demonstrated by his background as a target of bullying when he was in middle school. However, he did not allow his heart to darken with these bad experiences. Instead, like a trial by fire, his virtuous heart was tempered well as he reached high school.

Here, he discovered that Karma was more than just a reward system. It was, in the greater scope of things, the concept of changing one's fate based on one's actions. And his Steel Heart (煉られた心臓, "Tempered Heart") awakened, fortifying himself when a Logismoi (非徳獣, "Unvirtuous Beast"), a type of human corrupted by an excess of negative, destructive Karma, appeared.

Learning about the presence of Karma and the threat of Logismoi on his neighborhood, Kousuke began using Steel Heart to protect others, meet other Karma users, and to stop the Logismoi, and whoever or whatever allowed them to exist in this world.

Karma is separated into three forms: Bramhic Karma builds and creates, Vishnuan Karma maintains, and Shivan Karma destroys or transforms. (Steel Heart is a kind of Vishnuan Karma.) Each of the three kinds can be positive or negative. Gathering too much of the negative Karma can cause that person to become a Logismoi.

Interestingly, not every positive Karma pertains to good deeds performed. These people alter themselves and/or their surroundings to suit their own warped perception of the world. Somebody performs a ritual by creating a death game where these people kill and devour each others' souls, thus growing more powerful until their power eventually begins emanating across all of reality at all times beyond what they themselves can perceive, thus obtaining infinite power and essentially becoming god.

The power to alter reality is fueled by user's ego and as such it can only be wielded by those with an abnormally powerful ego and sense of self. It also requires a warped but unchangeable worldview. A person's power can not be changed, since nobody who possesses a power would desire to change it. Since these people have such strong and unchangeable egos that the world bends before they do their power is also unchangeable. The only way it changes is in scale by devouring other such powerful souls and egos and using them to fuel your own.

His desire for everyone's wishes to be granted ended up making him humanity's common and most desired image of an immortal god, but he himself wants to die. He has grown tired of life and no longer wants to keep living. However he cannot simply kill himself due to his position of having to satisfy humanity's desire for the existence of a god. As such he set up this ritual to have somebody ascend to godhood and be his equal, so that they would be capable of killing him and ending his rule.

Not really an energy system per se. Characters wear the hides of the beasts they have slain to gain a portion of their abilities. It's a delicate balance between weak human form and retaining their faculties or going full beast form and completely losing their intelligence. If the pelt is made from an intelligent Chimera they get to keep their intelligence. But being able to defeat a Chimera with the intelligence of a human and the strength of the amalgamation of beasts is another story entirely.

The Man of Iron, it turns out, is a spirit trapped inside a suit of armor and rendered insane. The whole "wear the pelt of a beast and gain it's strength" aspect doesn't only apply to animals. The MC must figure out a way to defeat a sentient suit of armor with nothing but stones and sticks.

A boy discovers he possesses a special power: the ability to determine the exact number of a specific object in a given area just by imagining what object he wants a number of then looking at the area in question. He goes into a laundry mat one weekend but discovers he forgot his change at home, upon imagining money he realizes that the the ceilings of the laundromat are filled with money and the whole thing is a front for a laundering scheme. When he tries to steal some of the money, the mob immediately sets off after him but thanks to his ability he's able to elude them. The mob leader (who has very minor telepathy) puts a bounty on his head.

Humans are born with the ability to use magical abilities that come from a spiritual energy called "Noh". The first half of the story centers around the MC and his three friends who take on the assassins attempting to take his life, and the second half focuses on the MC and the conflict between him and his family.

Magical abilities are granted by "Noh", a spiritual energy supply that all people are born with. These abilities are divided into two main categories; "Destruction" and "Creation". The magical ability you are born with and the category it falls under is mostly genetic, either being from the lineage of one parent or a combination of both. Up until high school your family members are responsible for teaching you how to control your abilities, but afterward you'll more or less learn from instructors at your school. "Noh" can run out after excessive or sustained magic use for extended periods of time, and once it does you lose consciousness for a few hours and wait for it to gradually replenish on its own or replenish it manually by using a magical elixir just before you pass out. If you're out of "Noh" and attempt to use any more magic you run the risk of death, or losing the ability to use magic all together.

The MC is the brash, impulsive son of an infamous mafia family of destruction-type mages who have their hand in almost every aspect of society. He was born as a creation-type mage and thus became an outcast and shunned and called a liability by everyone save for his mother, who sent him to live alone for his safety. However due to his family ties he has also been shunned and outcast by nearly everyone. The MC went through near-inhuman training to his body in order to make up for his insecurities regarding the nature of his magic ability.
