The sound made is the sound of a leather glove in a clenched fist. The surface finish rubs over the opposing side and makes a wringing, rubbery noise.

It's good auditory shorthand for anger, since its a V/A cue and has minimal animation.

I can crack each finger four times. Bend each knuckle inwards once, then grab the second segment of the finger between the thumb and the base of the index finger of the other hand, and roll.
