Actually surprised they would release it so soon. It makes a cheap buck sure if you manipulate the probability in such a way as to force you to buy in game items but games like these can fail especially if it doesn't have the backing of a major company or it doesn't gain as big a p(l)aying base as established apps.

It'll either survive and flourish or it will join Stage no Tenshi, Idol Chronicle and Idol Connect in the graveyard.

What happened to Idol Jihen?

I heard it underwent long-term maintenance and the official twitter hasn't been active since. I want to download the game to try it out but I'm not particularly fond of the idea of waiting 1 hour just to see a maintenance screen.

A shame, Idol Jihen easily has the more interesting story out of all Idol Franchises.

I thought it was bad, then I spent $500 on two separate occasions trying and failing to get certain cards on Starlight Stage. Kinda makes everything seem insignificant if I must confess.

I've been following them for some time because of the artist
They released like 5-6 singles and a mini-album, but it didn't really sell. Though at least they'll have plenty of songs for mobage. Also, 200k people already registered, maybe there's a hope.
