Another thought would go to Chihayafuru, absolutely amazing series but coulda had the anime excuted a slight bit better

pacing is terrible.

SpaceB is the one objectively 10/10 anime. I'm sorry but I won't take an opposing answer.

baccano ovas are like, what if the show still had interesting characters, fun interactions, cool scenes, an engaging backstory, and hints at further development, but also now there's a new villain who's exactly like ladd but less cool.

Erased, add 3 more episodes for a more fleshed out ending.
SSY, consistant facial animation, explicit gay sex scenes, less crap ending sequence.
