Although this is a heavily unpopular opinion, if you liked Punpun, Flowers of Evil (Aku no Hana) actually had a reall similar vibe. I mostly got the vibe from the realism of the anime (which is pretty addicting if you get used to the rotoscope garbagio)

The manga is fantastic of course too but it loses a little bit of the eeriness when realism is brought in through the art. Also if you read it, it's only good up until just a little bit after the anime ends. The ending is one of the things the anime really got right, everyone can agree on that.
