Yuuki does not have a soft voice, it is sharp. She sounds unnatural, and like she is trying very hard to keep her voice low.
Maeda on the other hand sound completely natural and relaxed. Truly the pinnacle of beauty.

Japanese VAs sound to Japanese like the Barbie VA sounds to native English speakers.
