I don't know what raw they used. There still aren't any on the new nyaas and I have no idea if dailymotion fucks with the quality of uploaded files, assuming someone uploads a good encode.
The only thing I noticed between the two Daikirai ovas is the second one has variable frame rate mode. I don't know if that would make it look choppy though.
I'll try re-encoding it or mess with some of the copies I can find online.

I used a webrip from dailymotion because that was the only place anybody seemed to be able to find it without Chinese hardsubs and I wanted to get it done since it was a two part thing and translations were already done. If better raws pop up it'll be an easy job to slap the .ass on it and have a not shit version.

As I said I don't know much about encoding. I found a copy on dailymotion that seems better but it's not perfect. Mainly the first panning shots have little hiccups. I wouldn't worry about it unless you can find a good encode somewhere other than a video streaming site.

This part kills me the most. Analog synthesizers are usually harder to fit into a mix due to the slightly unstable controls. If you wanted a clean sound you would use a digital synthesizer. A better description of I would be a "a smooth sound continously" as the synth not digitally controlled. Even if a synth is digital controlled if it's at a high enough resolution it will still sound smoother than a digital synth.

Failed in Japan because it was yet another generic slice of life, drawn quite shoddily by Silver Link (really felt like a second-rate project for them) and losing a lot of the nerdy charm and nitty-gritty details of the manga. And didn't get far enough, arguably. Didn't even have lewd or waifus like Urara, and that essentially flopped, too.

Failed in the West because diesuki.

And I was really looking forward to it before it aired, I always found the manga quite entertaining and somewhat GA-ish. It even had trivia infodump pages for the hell of it.
