Without salt, what are her strengths and flaws as a director?

>up and coming, tons of potential and talent for her age.
>animates women better than anyone else.
Flaws
>much stronger ate episodic length features than movie length
>makes some really fundamental mistakes in direction timing and framing
>doesn't know how to tell a story through timing and pacing yet.

My biggest worry is the last one, I wonder if she will even realize she has a pacing/timing issue. Either way, I'm excited for a future with her.

I like how despite mostly directing SOL she manages to insert some artsy scenes and good shots.
Also she's a fan of old western rock
