Well, it does depend on diet and metabolism when it comes to fat. Even though it's often exaggerated in anime, some girls do find themselves unable to get their fat to go to the places they want. Some will wind up with a butt of varying shape and size (obviously firmness only factors if they're not sitting around and bother to exercise), or get fairly decent tits.
