Something I also noticed people don't seem to mention, is that of all the "side characters" in class A, with unique character designs, Kaminari and Kirishima both look like they had "important" designs.

It's not, of course, but the bloodline of Nana is a thing that is supposedly meant to carry meaning in the series. It would be weird to not have Shigaraki's quirk have anything to do with Nana's quirk. It might be a variation, it might have something to do with healing people's hearts, or it might even have something to do why All Might decided to give OfA to Deku.
