I would argue that Wakana is far more wish fulfillment than Misumi. Wakana just pledged her unconditional love, Misumi has to learn about love and she developed a conditional affection after time. Hayato didn't do shit to earn Wakana's love, he actually had to develop and change to earn Misumi's love.
