Batoto is obviously not the case, but when private entities have a near monopoly on a communication channel it becomes a civil matter. Just like antitrust laws exist and price fixing is a federal offense, even though it goes against the spirit of a free market. We cannot pretend that we are still in the early 2000s when everyone flocked to different small communities catering to their needs. If people want to be heard nowadays they have to go through google, youtube, facebook, twitter and the like, and those private companies have the power to silence them.
