I didn't know about that so I went and checked and the first thing in that scene that hit me was this. Well, now since we've found out that Jeanne is performing slave labour it seems pretty obvious that Cheerios is mocking her here in the same fashion he mocked Nina this week by asking if she's enjoying the prison life. Cheerios never fails to be ever more the dickhead, even retroactively. It's really impressive actually. Just this one. The Jeanne ep was good, completely different from the usual Bahamut mood but still good. This episode dragged and was flat in execution on every account. The only good parts were at the very end with Nina's kokoro breaking. Mugaro's mahou shoujo transformation was silly, his personality change was weird, the scene between Gab and Cheerio was rushed, the whole escape attempt just felt like padding and the fight scenes were meh.

I just like how self-contained Genesis was in the beginning and when its started getting bigger incorporating the parts with heaven and hell and the bahamut itself it became less interesting the same with Virgin Soul only now the whole basis of VS is on the war and not so much the interpersonal drama between the cast and Nina feels more like an Supporting Protagonist as the episodes go on.
