since we're talking about GitS and Yoko Kanno I might as well ask. I've been looking for this one song from the GitS SAC soundtrack for ages but I've never been able to find it. It plays at the end of the episode where Togusa infiltrates the autismo clinic and also at the end of the episode in which the Major takes the head of Serano Genomics for a ruse cruise while disguised as the Laughing Man. You can sort of hear it at the end of this song:
