What I read of it wasn't anything spectacular. The dairy like story telling was interesting, but his power is boring. I gave up trying to read it a long time ago though with how slow the translation is since I don't want to read MTL.

Imagine; a show, manga, or LN where the MC isn't the main focus, and the villain hates the MC so much that he goes out of his way to kill beyond the range of a normal murderer. "How many chapters/pages/episodes until he dies again? How will the driver avoid dying in the worlds he appears in? Where the hell does he get the fuel for that truck?" This would be the ideal isekai.

It's not a matter of it being on screen, so much as that "drug and rape captives until they like it" is done by the protagonist in the first place. While it may not be actually shown, the fact that he's doing it in the first place counts against things.

If the series were a flat-out hentai, then I could believe it might get animated, but as a 'normal' series? Nope.
