Just going off of my personal experience here:

Big in Japan: used them twice, they have a flat service rate of 500yen which is great. Their interface for their forwarding service is practically non-existent given that well, they're mainly a figure shop first and foremost and just offer forwarding on the side. Plenty of online documentation on how to use it with most sites though.

treasure-japan: used to be my go-to general forwarder before they increased their service fees. Clean interface and very friendly/responsive staff. It was convenient that they were willing to hold onto my things for a couple months and ultimately consolidate my packages for free to cut down on my shipping costs.

goody-japan: used to be hands down the best for toranoana Comiket orders since they had a highly exploitable promotion with them. Now that they got rid of that in favor of a much more appropriate scaling service fee, I'll probably stop using them come next event. Site's pretty bare bones and has spelling errors everywhere, but overall their service was fine.

tenso: probably my favorite service, used them more than a dozen times in the past. Great customer service and fair service prices (albeit on the higher end on things), they also have a very friendly user interface on their site. Never have really had a problem and they ship my shit out practically minutes after they receive payment. I really appreciate how they present themselves professionally as a proper business rather than most of the other forwarding services which seem as if they're run out of the back of some person's house.
