Ange Vierge and FAG are 2 of the best anime of this decade. Especially FAG, which shows a knowledge of the medium, how to build scenes and characters that goes beyond anything I have seen in a tv anime. The only other show that came close was Hyouka, but even that doesn't have the spark that FAG has, when with 3 still frames it describe the mc, when it shows the dolls stealing the money and it talks about an addiction burning your money.

Kemono Friends is good and it should be taught in schools to show how you make an episodic anime, but the "videogame level" style hurt it a lot.

The first season of Diabolik Lovers is genuinely well done and thought, if it was a western movie it would have been a horror cult.

YYH is about as bland as it comes. Every single major fight, and a ton of minor ones, are decided by asspulls or the protagonists winning through sheer willpower. The dialogue is cringe worthy, the animation was mediocre during the better episodes and awful on the worse ones filled with reused animations in fights, and the entire latter half of the series is a poorly written mess.

1999 HxH only had about 8 episodes that where objectively better than 2011. Also the Chimera ant arc is fucking awful in both the manga and the anime.

Most dubs are perfectly fine. Especially now days since people put actual effort into them.
On a few rare occasions the dub is even preferred (ex: Cowboy Bebop).
The only real advantage sub continues to have is since you don't know the language you don't recognize when the voice acting is sub-par.

There are some pretty nice cliche harem anime.
