I think the first two from top left are Yuzuru Tachikawa and Shingo Natsume.

Anime workers are not very cute it seems. I only know some of these people but I'm personally not very interested in them. It seems all my favourite modern stuff is made by old folks.

I would definitely put Kiyotaka Oshiyama (Flip Flappers) on this list. I would also put Akemi Hayashi on here as well. She's yet to make a true debut but she made a very impressive animator expo short and directed the wonderful 5th episode of Space Dandy.
