In X she does, but not so much through her charms I think. In Utena there's an opposite situation, where the sexy man seduces the female protagonit. In FLCL partially Naota is at least lead along by Haruko. Fujiko seduces several people, but then again it's hard to really call anyone "good" in the Lupin series. In Belladonna Jean kind of becomes the villain (though again, the people she opposes are evil, if not more so) and seduces people with drugs and sex. In Katanagatari the protagonist is basically seduced by the main girl to fullfill her whims. None of these, besides Utena, are clear cut example though.
