how the fuck is this even made?
Ever heard of casting?

I know many ways in which this could be made, but I'm not here to speculate. I want the facts.
Looks like best-girl-did-nothing-wrong from Arpeggio, from the thumbnail.

resin and a mold - just like any other figure.

>a little figure is made the same exact way as a life sized figure
oh look, a retard!
>how the fuck is this even made?

what did he mean by this?
an artist sculpts it in zbrush
it's broken down into assemblies and 3D printed
everything get's cleaned up, sanded and primed
molds are taken
copies are made in fiberglass or resin or whatever
it get's painted

It is the same fucking method. You make a mold, you cast the pieces, and you fucking assemble them.
The pieces are not one whole fucking unit, you cock gobbler. There were probably at least fifty pieces minimum that were assembled and sanded to get to that point.
Fucking moron.
>>158040392
the fuck is wrong with you OP?
>>158040582
Forgot yo mention: see>>158040536
for the finer details. Most main molds are now done first as a 3-d prototype, then the pieces are disassembled and made into molds.

They pour liquid plastic into a mold then sell it to idiots for 100000000x the value of the materials
>>158040440
means I want to know the specifics on how they chose to do it.
