How is it separate from its user? They are intrinsically linked and essentially facets of the same being unless someone actively separates the stand from the body. The same ability allows for the removal of memories too though, so it is an ability that removes otherwise natural things.

Black team has more mass Crowd Control with Pouf and Todoroki. They also arguably have the strongest single character in this setup with Okayasu but he's so stupid with [The Hand] that he's a wildcard. Hisoka and Mugen are both strong fighters and very adaptable as well.

I will go ahead and say that Bradley's future sight, and Kuma's ability to negate some damage types will give White team the edge though. However, it comes down to which commander can maneuver into a favorable position first. And Pouf is not the best tactician, Armin might have to assume command.

It is core to the concept in jjba that Stands are invisible to others and impossible to destroy without using another stand. Because (post 3) they have ore abstract powers it removes the idea of just shooting a stand that can do crazy things to you, or running it over. Stands can only be beaten by other stands or by finding and killing the user.
Take that out and it isn't a stand. Other masters of a particular art being able to see them makes sense if it needs to but for mundane things to affect them goes against the entire point of what they are.
