Emiya could literally do the same he did to Medea. Rider even with Shinji downgrades can use Mystic Eyes to rank down her durability and strength to literally 0 then beat her to death. Fake Assassin gets close and personal and all of a sudden her neck explodes. Saber fires a mana burst and Tamamo dies.
