Perfect Blue definitely is his magnum opus. He set the bar hella high from the beginning.
But Millennium Actress, Paranoia Agent and Tokyo Godfathers were also spectacular as well.
The only one that really wavered in the story department was Paprika, and that film really was just to showcase visuals.
