That's not true but the episode aired while nyaa was dead and the replacements were still under development. That probably caused some releases not being available at the usual places.

Reminds me of when they embedded a cipher into their Saki subs to make life difficult for people trying to rip-and-edit them.

Just download it from HS's website. The new nyaas (there are three of them) have had various issues over the past few weeks and none of them has reached the point where we can call it a viable and stable replacement.
