Considering the reactions of the other guys, pretty far, he's way stronger than before (comparable to a pure power boxer) and that's without even using his new Dempsey roll. The only downside I can think of for this new ippo is that he won't be able to tank hits anymore.

he's short as shit, not really technical enough to control fights at the highest level and still doesn't fucking use his head.

Even in this fight where the skill difference was clear, he was still completely unsure what to do and couldn't even tell the skill level of his opponent. Sure, he's been off the ring for a while but he's been boxing for over 8 years at this point. He should be able to tell.

So basically not far at all, he's gonna lose and die.
