Let's put aside the fact that none of that is relevant to GitS.

Shounen manga/anime are demographic category defined as work targeting young male audience, teens and younger.
Both the original GitS and Arise ran in Young Magazine lineup, a seinen magazine, not a shounen magazine.
Not to mention both the films and S.A.C anime series were targeted for adults.

I realize you're attempting to do "I was just trolling with ignorance" but I'm still going to school you with facts.

Besides, Shirow Masamune would make a terrible shounen mangaka anyways.
