It's a bad translation of another awkward Shirouism; there was no such distinction between 'right' and 'correct', because Shirou uses one word. Shirou can't school Archer on logic because Archer actually knows what he's talking about. And Shirou doesn't question Archer's 'righteousness' (seigi) because EMIYA is actually a goddamn superhero/ally of justice/hero of justice/whatever (seigi no mikata). Neither befits Shirou, a character motivated by feelings.

The overall meaning is that Shirou is pointing out that just because Archer accurately assesses the situation and what future Shirou is going towards, it doesn't mean Shirou actually has to give a fuck. He knows his description is correct, but he considers it a non-issue to his goal because none of that is reason for him to stop. He knows where things are going, and he's okay with it.

Also, everyone stop trying to obsess over the difference between "correct" and "right". The terms used are 正しさ (correctness) and 正しいだけのもの ([only] a thing that is correct).
