This one dude's web novel about a girl who's basically Shino, but even more vicious. The antagonists include indestructible kaiju named after Hebrew monsters, a guy who can turn into a pyrokinetic regenerating dragon, a conspiracy group run by someone whose power is the ability to win, and a cross between Kid Buu and the Life Fibers.

How dark is it? at one point, one of the villains finds one of the heroes, flays the skin off his limbs, pries open his ribcage, removes some of his organs and shifts others out of place, and connects his nerves to artificial ones that cover the entire room he's in so that when the rest of his team come to rescue him, they're causing him agony, all while he's alive and conscious.
