Yes. Best currently running, I pray that it stays that way to the end.

I thought it would be a manga about scuba diving and I was interested in it.
Then it turned out to be some not really funny college-frat-bro dud comedy and I was severely disappointment.

No. Hinamatsuri, Angel Densetsu and SoreMachi are all funnier without trying too hard with unfunny jokes and reaction faces.

It's good but not great, the author is still adding characters without developing the old ones: Iori is dumb, Kouhei is a crazy otaku, Chisa is a diving autist, Azusa is a slut, etc. And sometimes the drawings are horrible. Could be better.
