Quality is one thing, but this is objectively wrong. There are tons of kids manga, whole magazines full of them. They don't get translated because most scanlators aren't seven-year-olds.

You're consuming media meant for mindless kids, usually tailor-made to get them to ask their parents to buy a video game, cards or toys, so what, exactly, are you expecting? It's all 100% grade-A shit if you're a non-manchild adult.

I'm not sure if you know the state of American cartoons currently but the only good running American cartoons are Adventure Time, Rick and Morty, Steven Universe, and Star vs the Forces of Evil. Not to mention that two of those shoes air almost no reruns at all. So selection is still pretty limited.

Check Heybot! There's also a bunch of card game anime in addition to Yugioh, although I haven't enjoyed any I've tried.

Kyoukai no Rinne is shounen but has no fanservice aside from rare swimsuit episodes which still don't really have anything lewd.

And there are more kid's manga running. They just don't get scanlated.

There is plenty, just no one cares enough to scanlate/sub it. Shitty 4Kids-tier dubs are the best you'll get for kids shows most of the time.
