I think you can infuse Haki into anything you touch, which is why we see Haki arrows but not Haki bullets.

I mean, your touching the arrow untill you release it at the target, but for a bullet you have to load it into a gun and then fire, so you might infuse the gun with haki instead of the bullet. It's possible to have haki bullets if your able to do what Katakuri does with beans, but good luck flicking bullets.

It would be pretty interesting to see a conflicting moment like that in One Piece, though. Big Mom is a piece of shit who will kill her own children over mood swings and deserves to die, but her flashback looks like it'll be a pretty sad one. It would be a great way to pull at the heartstrings of the audience and take them on an emotional ride. Show them how bad Mom is, then show them the sad reason for her being that way, but then have her die because despite her backstory, she never stopped being a terrible person and making others suffer.
