Episode 15 had the wild hunt reference, so ep 18 would have followed it, and then episode 17 which had the reference to the Cavendish's family, and would flow directly into ep 19. I don't think so, I caught the wild hunt teaser in 15 and figured it'd be for a future episode, and the Cavendish family crisis teaser works to keep viewers wondering until the episode happens, I just think they should have kept Diana hidden altogether. As I see it, it's just subtle foreshadowing a few episodes in advance, makes it fun to look out for those teasers.

I don't know, the Wild Hunt reference being several episodes before the actual thing isn't bad because it's essentially inconsequential. But at the same time, the Cavendish name drop leading into nothing for an episode is super awkward. Same thing with the first confrontation between Ursula/Croix where it led to absolutely nothing for several episodes, and for all we know it won't be a thing until after ep20.
