No. Bleach's ending was super rushed because Kubo can't pace things quickly if his life depended on it, much less work towards even a self imposed deadline. As a result when he had this many chapters left he still hadn't multiple fights with minions that hadn't been dealt with yet, and the final boss fight hadn't even started.

Mashima's been counting down until the ending from chapter 525. There aren't any minions left, just Zeref and Acnologia, and he's already in the middle of the fight with Zeref. Considering that the fight with Hades was only 5-6 chapters, and the fight between Natsu and Gajeel vs Sting and Rogue was a comparable number of pages, and those are two of the longest, uninterrupted fights in the series, Mashima has ample time. He may or may not do a satisfactory job, but he won't be rushed beyond his normal fast pacing.

GMG was a fucking great arc and it's a shame the anime studio was changed for the final portion of it and the Dragon King Festival arc.

Natsu's return after his 1 year journey was dope, he really should have kept his design then. The long hair looked good on him.

Also one of if not my favorite fight was Natsu, Grey, Erza, Lucy, and Wendy VS the old man on the boat during the final moments of the Tenjouri Island arc.

Honestly I've enjoyed Fairy Tail quite a bit and read weekly up until a bit after Natsu fought the Gods after finding Grey and Erza.

Anyone know how far behind the anime is from the manga?

I have to admit I always get a bit wistful when a long running shonen ends. Fairy Tail was like a bag of of potato chips, there were better things available and consuming it didn't benefit you in any way, but it was at least somewhat enjoyable.

Rave was fucking shit after the dazzle of Mashima's competent art and design sense wore off, and even if Fairy Tail's ending is the same quality it will still be a better series overall.

He was my favorite artist for a while just due to how happy his works felt.
But he's been getting a little too stale lately. He jumps between genres a lot (ss, gangbang, loli, etc) but there are no differences beyond the most superficial ones. Plots are the same, poses are the same, faces and reactions are the same, writing is the same.
