Not just probably, I'm 100% percent sure it's going to be CGI. None of the current anime studios can animate what the OP has posted, it's way too complex.

Anime if it will be faithful adaptation will be better because short as fuck padding chapters like during killing spree or recent one will take less than minute of the episode.
