This isn't a Try continuation. Its the OVA for S1.

There's never anything substantial on initial announcement for new gundam stuff beyond like maybe a promo image. Maybe.

Wait another month or two and there will be an actual PV and some story/character info released. It's always like this.

I wasn't counting that "We're making 2 OVA" thing years ago as an initial announcement. This one is the actual title of the project and shows they are officially moving forward with it. Given their usual announcement to release timeframe I'd be surprised if anything for it is even animated yet.
