Yeah, the beginning is exceptionally slow, but once they repel the demon beast invasion it speed ups.

Also, personally, I find the best chapters to be the ones that focus on the side characters, like the Morning Light knight, Irene or May, the head alchemist or the boy that wants to become and alchemist. I think the author does a great job on portraying how Roland's invention changes the lives of his people.

I want to write a series of stories that feature alternative versions of the same characters in a variety of genres. A different heroine takes focus and wins each time, and at the end of each story the MC and winning heroine get kidnapped into a cross-dimensional portal by the G-man.

In the finale, all the MCs and their respective heroines are brought by the G-man to join forces on BATTLEWORLD to defeat the penultimate story's MC whose winning heroine was the main villain character.

Want to become rich? Use future knowledge about what will happen in the economy to become Scrooge McDuck rich etc.
