Subs are out in both .ass and muxed formats. Do enjoy.
The real ID-0 was inside you all along.
They have to run out of right arms for him eventually, right?
Maya is very cute.
It feels great being able to find an ID-0 thread to let me an episode is out. Thanks to our awesome subbers. I'm loving this show.
Download mkvmerge or something, it's piss-easy to mux stuff yourself.
Or you can just rename the subtitle file to the same name as the raw.
Or just drag the subtitles on top of MPC.
This will end in tears.
This one exists. Might be a bit slow though.
Nice seeing them adding some sort of explanation as to why she has her body with her, instead of simply leaving it up to plot convenience.
100% orichalt minerals.
Bam! Little girl!
Beauty found. Now time for episode 4.
I really am I enjoying this quite a bit so far.
This girl makes me smile. She is like a little bundle of joy.
Can't get rid of the suspicion that she is an eldritch horror in its larval stage. But I would spoil her with sweets anyway.
This was probably the best episode yet. I loved every second of it. And the next episode looks promising too.
thx, gonna watch the rest tonight
Sell me on this show. I watched only the first half of ep 1 and stopped because I found the MC's personality grating and I wasn't in the mood to endure a whining beta girl.
Tell me why I was wrong to give up so soon.
I think it's part of and or refers to the fields of miguel jumps.
The end of this episode gave us a pretty good look at it. At the very least of what I think it is.
When they jump you can see these cube shapes encapsulating the fields.
She got abandoned without her body in the wilderness of space, how was she supposed to react?
The field surrounding the object undertaking a Miguel Jump that takes stuff with itself, like rocks and parts of that other ship. Oddly enough, it appears to be cubic rather than spherical.
I can't guarantee you'll like it. But it looks like it's a pretty genuine sci-fi / space opera show. I dare say it's pretty refreshing.
Anyhow. I personally quite like the focus on the new technologies and its impacts on humanity. In addition to how it feels like the setting itself, while perhaps not the most realistic, appears to be quite keen on maintaining its own internal logic making the world feel rather wholesome. Like a potential future. I am fond that kind of thing, always have been.
If you like science fiction I'd recommend you to check it out. At the very least beyond half an episode.
And for what it matters. It also looks like it's going for more of an ensemble cast thing. So even if Maya is present, the rest of the cast appears to get a good share of the screen time too. Which by the way is another thing I am rather pleased with when it comes to the show. Its use of an ensemble cast.
That sounds promising. What I saw of the setting was interesting and if there is some worldbuilding, I'd enjoy that.
I just wasn't in the mood for the kind of character arc that I felt was being set up, but if screentime is shared by interesting secondary protagonists, then I am more willing to take another look.
This was a good addition to the cast I feel like.
That's pretty good though. I still hope we'll get to see her in even more outfits though.
Thanks for this OP, it was the last show I had on the season backlog.
You guys should really find alternatives to mega, that upload limit will only get worse as time moves on.
I'm really loving the OP more and more every time I hear it. I get a good feeling listening to it. The ED is funny being completely in English but I'm starting to like it too.
>When I came to my senses, inside the memory the thing called "myself", my ID, was 0.
Nice episode, crazy space rock loli transfering that shit.
It could be that the mind out searches for the pathways of the original mind or something like that.
Except that his ID is missing. Making the transfer impossible. Or something.
Are Ido and mask man two instances of the same person?
What is orichalc? Historically orichalcum is the name of a an unidentified legendary metal mentioned in a few ancient Greek texts. The culture of Atlantis is said to have used it in the beforetime, while ancient Greece only knew it by name. Nothing to do with red crystal growths and mystery lolis who throw asteroids and planetoids at people.
Ido and Maskman probably built I-Machines and the Mind Transfer system together.
But then Maskman made Ido disappear and took all the credit.
There is probably more to it. Like Ido coming to the conclusion that Orichalt is too dangerous to work with or something. And Maskman refusing to accept that.
>two instances of the same person
I hope they go there. If you can backup someone's consciousness, you can probably revive them while their I-machine is still kicking somewhere else.
not enough fanart
I like the details they've used for the space setting, like faraway scenes (like at the beggining of this ep) having no sound, or how moving the I-machines in a low or 0 gravity envrionment works.
>like faraway scenes (like at the beggining of this ep) having no sound
This has been an especially nice touch in certain places. It's something small, but it's relatively uncommon for shows these days to actually have moderately realistic (absence of) sounds in space.
It's some kind of space lion isn't it?
Ok so we know why Ido doesn't use a human avatar, he has no recollection of his human life, but what about racer guy? Does he uses a robot avatar just so Edge-kun doesn't feel out of place during online meetings?
He probably uses the robot avatar because he most likely does not have particularly pleasant memories from his post-disaster paraplegic body.
And his I-Frame seems to be what gave him back his freedom. Which may have a lot to do with why he seems to be as fond of it as he is.
Thanks, I suspected it might have been at that part. I wonder how that works, did he kill his old body after leaving it? If an evertrancer does that, do they become wanted criminals? Guilty of murdering themselves?
