>Anime: cliche, pandering, shallow, immature
>Manga: variety, iconoclastic, deep, mature
Why haven't you taken the manga pill /a/?
>>156641642
Because I'm still reading series that've been running since I was 15 and and picking up any more would literally kill my understanding of their plots.
>manga and doujin can last as long as they make decent profit/have heart to continue
>which means most manga and LN series go on for some time unless they're oneshot
>anime relies heavily on sale and popularity
>means that a series can die if it's not popular.
>means anime usually is much easier to keep up with as you can drop dead series when you're done with them to get on a new one
>manga is still best.

What series?
>>156642411
Onepiece, Detective Conan, Bleach (but I know it finished last year), Jojo, Gintama..
Iconoclastic, deep and mature do not amuse me.
>>156642934
That's not too bad.

Factor in life /a/non.

Life?
I can read manga and watch anime.

There are only 24 hours in a day.

>There are only 24 hours in a day.
Well there's a 20 year of your life nigger.
>>156641642
what about lns?
>>156647304
Don't shoot.
I do think manga is superior but as some anon pointed out picking up a new series become a life commitment, a painful one.
Think about fucking berserk,it was already old when I was a kid and 20 yrs later it's still incomplete and turned into shit.
>>156655514
It doesn't actually take up time though.
For longer series that you're not following intently you can just wait a while then catch up.

>Life: pain, suffering, misery
>Death: peace, harmony, bliss
Why haven't you killed yourself yet
>>156641642
you need to broaden your mind and look beyond the shallow cliches and you'll understand it's genius
>>156655761
Just cant deal with the wait, often in vain, animore.
