Dubs tend to have troubles with female characters. A show with 7 girls with diverse voices in the main cast and five more female supporting characters is not good odds. Especially with childish characters like Papi and Suu. On top of that, dubs are especially awful at doing goofy male characters so Darling is doomed.

But then again, the anime adaption already defied odds by having decent animation and voice acting from the beginning.
