Well I can pick one to refute myself, I just wanted to give OP the choice so I can't be blamed for randomly picking one and ignoring the others. Also OP didn't exactly give any rational argument either.

Let's take a look at this one:

First of all if you claim a show has, with a few (negative) exceptions, no constiency then you should name some inconstencies, because a show without any inconsistencies is certainly consistent. But I'll ignore that and point out why I think Madoka is in fact very consistent in many ways.

Madoka is based on just a few premises and the entire plot evolves from those premises. Unlike what some people claim, there really aren't many twists in this anime. The premise is that a whish granting alien gives pubescent girls magical powers with the goal of letting them fall into despair by turning into witches because he can convert those emotions into energy. All the important plot points follow from this premise be it Sayakas desperation and transformation into a witch, Homuras ability to travel through time, Mamis death, Madokas ascent to godhood as well as the characters choices and emotions such as Madokas fear of becoming a magical girl which alienates her from Sayaka and hence led to Sayakas downfall.
