the reason I read Josei series is because josei series are from a male perspective inspiring.
The male characters in Josei are usually incredibly inspiring, dignified, and competent business leaders or other successful hard working professionals.
This compares to seinen or shounen series where the male mc is usually a sack of shit on a stick who's ability to walk in a straight line constitutes enough to attract a harem of brain damaged girls with big tits.
